Actually, a medium-to-dark blue with exceptional vibrancy. This is the Fra Angelico blue. Rich without heaviness, as so many blues can be. This pigment has to be ground with a delicate touch or it will quickly lose brilliance. Not adulterated with Pthalo blue, this is the real ultra blue light.
