With the cost of mastic tears going through the roof, we decided to offer our traditional 2-part Maroger's Medium in a smaller, more affordable size.

It's the same sensational 2-part Maroger's (maro-zhay) medium (megilp) that started Studio Products. Over the years we have improved it. We learned how to make a lighter colored Black Oil that contains as much lead as the original (that's actually quite a trick to pull off). The Double Mastic, which was always great, got better when we made it with our new cosmetic grade Distilled Gum Turpentine. It actually smells like Greek pastry (it should because mastic is what they use to make baklava). We've won a ton of package design awards for the way our 2-part Maroger is packaged and any artist will know that they are getting something very special when they unpack this.

Because of this smaller size, it is unlikely that these bottles of Mini-Maroger's Medium will be around long enough to harden in the bottle. For convenience, we also offer Maroger's medium already made in gel form. To try it see our pre-made gel in this section of the catalogue.
